Finely slice and prepare your veggies
2. Slice apples to thin pieces and add vinegar to them
3. Grill the Pork English Sausages until they turn golden brown
4. Deep fry the sausages until they are ready.
5. Chop the sausages to small pieces and set aside.
6. Add oil to a pan and fry the onions & Parsley respectively.
7. Add the sausage pieces to the pan & a little chicken stock
8. Add the rest of your veggies and fry it all together for 2 minutes
